Product Exchange
Welcome on the Exchange Product Web Page
If you need to exchange your PLC product for any reason, you need to use the following process:
1 - Use your customer account access to open a ticket on the Ilevo Support Server.
2 - A technician will answer you as quick as possible to analyse the problem.
3 - After analysing, if the exchange is mandatory, the technician will give you the authorisation to execute the exchange.
4 - When you will receive your validation, complete the following document and send your faulty equipment to the associated address.
5 - Write clearly on the packet the ticket number validated by Ilevo.
6 - Send a copy of the return document to Ilevo Support using the ticketing system.
7 - Replacement product will be send as soon as the package will be received and tested in our factory.
